I purchased a Note9 phone in very good order from this vendor and all good. However, the microphone on the handset went faulty within a couple of weeks, it kept breaking up when speaking to others on the phone. I contacted the vendor and we agreed I purchased another, then swap over the data and return the faulty handset for a recredit.
The new handset arrived in very good order quickly and after returning the original faulty handset I was re-credited promptly.
